Group Intake

Service Description

Once you book your Group Intake online, I will call you to discuss session fee, relevant paperwork to be completed, and parking instructions. Scheduled intake session will be confirmed at time of phone consultation. Please note, the intake process to join an on-going therapy group consists of three, separate, 50 minute intake sessions over a span of three weeks. Intake fee covers all three sessions.
